Esta p\u00e9rdida puede ser la muerte de un ser querido, de una parte de nosotros mismos, de una relaci\u00f3n, etc.<\/p><p>Esta reacci\u00f3n es desagradable pero necesaria para adaptarnos a nuestras nuevas circunstancias, para ello experimentaremos varias fases emocionales que no son f\u00e1ciles de transitar.<\/p><p>Contar con acompa\u00f1amiento psicol\u00f3gico puede ayudarte a hacer este camino m\u00e1s llevadero, sobre todo a no sentirse solo\/a.<\/p><p>Por otro lado, hay veces que esta reacci\u00f3n se complica y la persona no llega a adaptarse de manera satisfactoria a su nueva situaci\u00f3n afect\u00e1ndole en otras \u00e1reas y disminuyendo considerablemente su calidad de vida.
