A veces transitar estas etapas se nos hace complicado y doloroso.<\/p><p>No olvidemos que el ser humano est\u00e1 en continuo cambio, al igual que su entorno, por lo que es frecuente que vivamos periodos de crisis en los cuales nos podemos sentir solos\/as, con gran incertidumbre, con miedo, con\u00a0 bajo estado de \u00e1nimo, con la sensaci\u00f3n de que queremos cambiar algo pero no sabemos por d\u00f3nde empezar, etc.<\/p><p>Transitar este camino solo\/a es posible, pero a veces conlleva cambiar creencias profundas, tomar decisiones dif\u00edciles, las circunstancias pueden no acompa\u00f1ar, entre otras cosas, por lo que recibir acompa\u00f1amiento terap\u00e9utico puede ser clave para hacerlo m\u00e1s fluido, llevadero y
