Dichas habilidades nos ayudan a sentirnos satisfechos\/as con nuestro entorno interpersonal, y por lo tanto, favorecen nuestra calidad de vida. Sin embargo, hay personas, que viven la interacci\u00f3n con otros\/as de forma desagradable, con emociones de ansiedad, de tristeza, de rabia, etc, llegando incluso a limitar sus encuentros sociales y por lo tanto el desarrollo de sus habilidades.<\/p><p>En consulta podemos trabajar juntos\/as aspectos como: expresar tus emociones, iniciar conversaciones adem\u00e1s de mantenerlas y finalizarlas, aprender a decir NO, a dar y recibir halagos, afrontar cr\u00edticas, estrategias para mejorar la asertividad, hablar en p\u00fablico, manejar mejor los conflictos, defender mejor tus derechos, entre otros.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section
